ATC Introduces All-New Dash Mount Vacuum Fluorescent Compass and
Outside Temperature Panel for the Automotive and Recreational Vehicle
Industries
ELKHART, Indiana - American Technology Components, Incorporated
today announced the addition of a combination compass and outside
temperature display system to its wide array of automotive and recreational
vehicle electronic 12 volt accessories and molded convenience items.
ATC introduced the new compass and outside temperature display
at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) annual exposition
in November of this year, where it received the Runner-up Award
as BEST NEW ACCESSORY PRODUCT 2000.
"The introduction of the compass/temperature display is a
welcome addition to ATC's market leading electronics technology,"

This new system will accurately monitor Cardinal Point compass
headings via a remote sensor. It also includes a remote moisture-proof
outside temperature probe for accurate temperature data. The display
panel can be front-mounted in the dash or rear-mounted from behind
the dash. It is also suitable for mounting in floor or ceiling consoles.
System features include: camping mode with a 10 second display,
automatic dimming, screw cover bezel, Fahrenheit/Celsius button,
mode button for calibration/zone settings, simple four-wire installation
and a three-year limited warranty.
